EF65 1000 Shimonoseki General Rolling Stock Yard Used for transportation and test runs of locomotives and passenger cars Shimonoseki's EF65 1000 The EF65 is a JNR DC electric locomotive of which 308 locomotives were manufactured over 15 years from 1965 to haul freight trains and high-speed passenger trains on flat line sections.
