Commercialized K2 formation belonging to Katsuta Vehicle Center. Reproduces the revival painting inspired by the E653 series "Fresh Hitachi" (yellow) with a daffodil flower motif. A different symbol mark (yellow: Hitachi Seaside Park and daffodils) is reproduced for each formation. Reproduces the insulators and high-voltage equipment around the pantographs unique to AC/DC trains, as well as the train radio antenna and WiMAX antenna on the roof. Adoption of a slotless motor provides smooth and quiet running. The intermediate connection section is equipped with a body-mounted KATO coupler and inter-body damper as standard equipment. Underfloor equipment, trolley, damper between cars, and lead car dummy coupler are gray. The front and side windows are made of green tinted glass, just like the actual vehicle.
